Connections Physical Therapy is located at 93 Stafford St, Worcester, MA 01603, above H&R Block and across from the Webster Square Plaza, and has quickly become a leader in neurological rehabilitation in the greater Worcester region.
Connections began specializing in neurological rehabilitation in 2018 when our Grafton clinic began providing services to patients with MS and Parkinson’s. The demand for these specialized services rapidly increased and we moved into 120 Stafford Street in Worcester in January 2020 and relocated to 93 Stafford Street in May 2023.
This clinic is specifically designed to meet the needs of a wide range of neurological diagnoses, expanding to provide services to patients post CVA, GBS, Traumatic Brain Injury, and other specialty diagnoses.
