Connections Physical Therapy
in the Community
The team at Connections Physical Therapy not only serves our community in our clinics, but we also go out into our neighborhoods to provide physical therapy, advocacy, and education to those who need it most!
Many of the events we do are community events/fairs, presentations to local community centers, and participation in Health & Safety events hosted by community organizations.
Volunteer Connections
Connections Physical Therapy works with many local organizations to provide in-services to help our communities whether that be presentations at senior centers, clothes drives, food drives and more. Connections prides itself on working with the communities that serve us!

Throughout all of our clinics and surrounding towns, we are involved with the Councils on Aging, including providing fall prevention in-services and coordinating with local councils to meet needs of the community
