Connections in the Community

Connections Physical Therapy
in the Community

The team at Connections Physical Therapy not only serves our community in our clinics, but we also go out into our neighborhoods to provide physical therapy, advocacy, and education to those who need it most!

Many of the events we do are community events/fairs, presentations to local community centers, and participation in Health & Safety events hosted by community organizations.

Volunteer Connections

Connections Physical Therapy works with many local organizations to provide in-services to help our communities whether that be presentations at senior centers, clothes drives, food drives and more. Connections prides itself on working with the communities that serve us!
