Core Connections
Core Connections is a combination of educational tracks, case reviews, and lab sessions with a focus on advancing practical applications of clinical skills for Physical Therapists early in their careers. Through a collegial atmosphere, peer feedback and discussion are encouraged, and further mentoring with experts in each area is provided to facilitate clinical excellence and foster habits of lifelong learning.
Therapists will be part of a cohort that works together for one year. Core Connections Includes 1:1 mentorship from experienced therapists in the clinic to provide direct and instantaneous feedback. Therapists will also have access to a personal MedBridge account and advance through a curriculum of courses to facilitate an expert level of knowledge. Finally, therapists will participate in an in-person, meetings with their cohort to problem solve and learn alongside other therapists.
The goal of Core Connections is to accelerate the growth and development of therapists recently entering the field. Through Core Connections, therapists will receive the mentorship required to become an exceptional therapist.
Advanced Connections
Advanced Connections is a lecture/lab series highlighting updated methods, current standards of practice, and trends in orthopedic practice. These optional sessions offer an environment to foster high-level clinical conversation and practice of hands-on skills within cutting-edge topics. Clinicians of varying backgrounds and experience actively participate adding to the breadth and depth of discussion, while also drawing on each aspect of evidence-based practice.
The goal of Advanced Connections is to provide exciting in-house continuing education opportunities for our staff to foster clinical networking across our clinics. This allows us to create more mentoring opportunities, provide expert referral sources for patients and clinical resources for staff, and continually advances our practice as individual clinicians to provide excellent care as a company.
