We know insurance can be confusing. As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify your health benefits prior to your arrival to determine if there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for therapy services.

Our Massachusetts clinic also offers a private pay plan for those patients who do not have health insurance or those who have maxed out their benefits. Connections Physical Therapy offers a self-pay rate of $150.00 for the evaluation and $95.00 per follow up appointment.
