Buffy Peznola PT

Buffy graduated from UMass Lowell and immediately found her passion within physical therapy in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Buffy has spent her career working with sports injuries and focusing on injury prevention. In collaboration with Mass Soccer, Buffy provides training for youth and adult sports teams on ACL prevention.
Buffy utilizes strategies of SFMA and corrective exercise to return patients to they’re full functional potential and incorporates principles of manual therapy, muscle energy, therapeutic taping, and has a history in aquatic therapy to treat injuries of spine, shoulder, knee and foot. She has demonstrated her continued work towards clinical excellence through her continuing education courses including Graston Technique, Mulligan manual therapy, and running analysis. Buffy brings her strong reputation to the Acton clinic.
