Our Team

Jess grew up in Maine and received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Colby College in 2008. She then worked as an environmental consultant and a research associate in genetics laboratories before deciding to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Jess earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco in 2017. After graduation she completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency and became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. In 2021 she expanded her practice to include treatment of patients with vestibular conditions. Jess relocated from California and joined Connections PT in May 2023. 

Jess empowers patients by educating them on their condition and the steps they can take to improve and reach their goals. She finds that most patients benefit from both therapeutic exercise and manual therapy (hands on treatment). 

In her spare time Jess enjoys spending time with her husband in the outdoors and has tried many active pursuits over the years including hiking, camping, skiing, paddlesports, windsurfing, and rock climbing.
