In addition to her clinical experience, Lauren holds advanced certification in dry needling, allowing her to integrate targeted neuromuscular techniques to address pain, mobility restrictions, and muscle dysfunction. She also has earned a Certificate of Achievement in Menopause Education, equipping her with specialized knowledge to support individuals experiencing menopause-related musculoskeletal/physiological changes and implement overall wellness strategies.
