Dr. Stephanie Lignos, PT, DPT

Stephanie earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2025 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Health in 2023.
Stephanie takes a hands-on, patient-centered approach to care, using up-to-date evidence-based practice to create personalized treatment plans that help patients return to optimal function and return to sport. She is passionate about supporting both physical and mental well-being while empowering patients throughout their recovery. Stephanie has a special interest in orthopedics, sports rehab, and geriatric care, and plans to pursue additional training in dry needling.
She also has a strong passion for gymnastics rehabilitation, drawing from her background as a former competitive gymnast and coach.
