Greg Vespe, PT

(Physical Therapist)

Greg, by his own admission, began practicing physical therapy sometime shortly after the last ice age. As one of RI’s most senior therapists, Greg has wide based experience with Orthopedic and Neurological conditions. A 26 year resident of Tiverton, RI, Greg graduated from Quinnipiac University and shortly thereafter began his physical therapy career with the US Navy where he focused on orthopedics and burn care. He maintained a focus on ortho and neurological conditions upon transitioning out of the Navy. Over the course of his career Greg has provided care to everyone from Neonatal ICU infants to Centurions. In addition to his clinical experience, Greg has managed both private practice and hospital based clinics.

Greg considers his highest honor in physical therapy practice to have cared for our POWS and wounded servicemen when they returned home after the Gulf War.

Greg joined Connections Physical Therapy in Oct of 2025 and continues to enjoy working in an outpatient therapy setting where he can assist patients of all ages as they recover from injuries.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys fishing and woodworking. He currently serves as the Recreational Fishing Representative on the State of RI Marine Fisheries Council, having been appointed by the Governor in 2024.
