Harvard

Loaves and Fishes Pantry is a food pantry services Harvard, Ayer, Devens, Groton, Littleton, and Shirley since 1983. It now provides for over 900 client families and has 350 volunteers. Connection Physical Therapy is a local drop off station for food items.

Holliston

Holliston Youth Baseball and Softball organization has over 450 youth athletes participating. Connections Physical Therapy provides sponsorship and education to coaches regarding player safety, injury prevention, and proper throwing technique. The goal of the collaboration is to reduce risk of injury to the young athletes.

Pepperell

Pepperell Aid from Community to Home (PACH) outreach is available to all Pepperell residents. The organization provides services including Food Pantry, personal care items, fuel assistance applications, and resource referrals. Connections Physical Therapy is a local drop off station for food Items.

Medway

Medway Youth Soccer is a non profit organization dedicated to the youth of Medway. Membership guarantees equal playing time regardless of ability. As an association we strive to foster fair play, sportsmanship, teamwork, self-confidence, self-discipline, and competition. Connections Physical Therapy provides injury prevention, safe strengthening, and injury screening for the coaches and players.

Oxford

Playing it Forward, Inc was founded in 2009 as a non-profit organization to spread the joy and passion of sports and play. The organization seeks out new and used sports equipment that will then be donated to disadvantaged children across the globe. Connections Physical Therapy has run sports equipment drives to support this great cause.

Littleton

Littleton Little League serves the town of Littleton and many youth athletes excited to learn the sport of baseball. Connections PT provides injury prevention and safety education to coaches and players and works with the coaches prior to the season to ensure coaches are aware of how best to teach proper throwing mechanics.

Harvard/Acton

Anton’s Cleaner’s Coats for Kids collects, cleans and distributes over 60,000 coats for children and adults. There are more than 250 schools as well as over 300 companies, clubs, organizations and thousands of individuals who donate good-quality coats. Connections Physical Therapy organizes annual clothing drives and acts a drop off location for the community to donate winter clothes.

Wellesley/Worcester

National Multiple Sclerosis Society is an organization with the goal to have people affected by Multiple Sclerosis live their best life as they stop MS in their tracks. In both Wellesley and Worcester we have MS specialty clinicians including physical therapy and occupational therapy.

Throughout all of our clinics and surrounding towns we are involved with council of aging including providing fall prevention in-services and coordinating with local councils to meet needs of the community
